Who we are. Elias Health Ltd, company number 15938075 ("we"), organises the UK–Malaysia Healthcare Forum. We are the data controller for the information collected through this website. Contact details will be published when registration opens.

What we collect. When you request a place we collect your name, work email, organisation and role, and the country you are based in.

Why. To administer registrations, confirm your place, send you practical information about the event and, where you agree, news about future forum activity. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running the event and, for marketing, your consent.

Who else sees it. Our form and email providers, who process it on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

How long. Registration details are kept for 12 months after the event, then deleted unless you have asked to hear from us again.

Your rights. You may ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion, or object to processing, by contacting Elias Health Ltd. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
